To Apply for Hiroshima Jogakuin University (for Exchange Student)

all documents must be written in Japanese or English

1. Required documents to apply for HJU
   1. Application for Admission to Hiroshima Jogakuin University (PDF file)
   2. Letter of Recommendation (PDF file)
   3. Official transcript
   4. In Case of Emergency Notify (PDF file)
   5. 4 passport-type photos (40mm×30mm) taken in 6 month, with no hat, no background.
2. Required Documents to Apply for the Visa (Certificate of Eligibility)
   1. Application forms for Certificate of Eligibility (new) (PDF file (1), file (2), file (3))
   2. 1 passport-type photo (40mm×30mm) taken in 6 month, with no hat, no background.
   3. Photocopy of your Passport (the page that have your name, nationality, passport number etc.)
   4. Certificate of Enrollment of your home school (accepted in Japanese or English only)
   5. Certificate of Remittance(PDF file)

CAUTION: Downloaded documents must be printed on the white paper of A4 size(210mm×297mm) or legal size. Do not use letter size.

Please send these documents by the following deadline:

• Enroll from April: January 4th
• Enroll from September: May 31st
