After classes have finished for the year, the Department of International English holds our annual Fieldwork Report & Explanation event. This is a chance for all of us to catch up on the experiences of our students who studied overseas this year, and then to explain the programs for the following academic year.（この一年に実施した海外留学の発表会と次年度に向けた説明会を行いました。）

First up were the students who had studied abroad this year. They made presentations about their cultural, linguistic and everyday life experiences. From their slides and presentations, the whole department was able to grasp the excitement, the challenges, and the sense of achievement in completing a study abroad program.（留学を経験した学生たちによるプレゼンテーションからは、異文化での驚きやチャレンジ、成長を感じることができました。）

The students reports were fascinating, gave us a glimpse into their experiences, and whetted the appetites of students who plan to study abroad next year. All the details for the upcoming year's study abroad opportunities were explained by department staff.（カナダ、サン・ディエゴ、カリフォルニアで行った三つの研修の様子は、他の学生たちにとってもよい刺激になり、次年度の留学プログラムの説明を熱心に聞く様子が見られました。）
